Cynthia Hoelscher grew up in Texas and has incorporated the tenacity and vernacular of her southern surroundings into her debut novel, Memory Fog. Having faced the responsibility of caring for parents who developed dementia, she has acknowledged her experience and wants to open the discussion for planning and care options. Writing this novel, she hopes to entertain and enlighten her readers about the understanding and treatment that is needed to navigate this disease.
A graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting, she spends her free time loving and laughing with her four grandchildren in Houston, Texas.
